UEC and officials

The Union Européenne de Cyclisme is a continental confederation of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI). The UEC was founded on 7th April 1990 in Zurich (SUI) in the presence of representatives of 18 countries. Currently 50 countries are members of the UEC.

Their main tasks are to develop the cycling sports in Europe in all disciplines and to organize cycling events such as European Championships and European Cups.
