Class of Event: European Championships – UCI Category: CC To be run under UCI, UEC and SCF regulations.
Anti Doping: Anti Doping controls will be carried out according to the regulations of UCI and CADF.
Side Events: National event will take place during the championship. Youth-, Open- and Master race within XCO will be organized. Swedish National Championships in Trial will as well be held during the Championship.
Point scale: According to the applicable UCI point scale for Continental Championships. Price list: According to UCI rules, following prize money is paid. The money will be transferred directly after the race to each National federation.

Nearest Airport
Jönköping Airport is located 9 km from the city center of Jönköping and 19 km from the Euromtb 2016 venue in Huskvarna. The airport has connections with Frankfurt (Frankfurt airport), Germany. To get to and from the airport there is a regular bus service (route 27) to Jönköping city centre. Gotenburg Airport (Landvetter) is located 130 km from the EuroMTB venue. It´s a 1,5 hours drive on highway R40 direction Gothenburg.
